Online Application Guide |
Once you have been nominated for exchange studies by your home university, you can directly apply online. The new online application system serves as one stop service program which not only allows exchange students to apply online but also enables them to check their application status, issue letters of acceptance etc. Students can even apply for airport pickup service through online!

In the application process, A-B-C-D sections should be filled in order and E section requires that applicants scan necessary documents for uploading. |
2.

After completing online application, applicants must print out their application forms and send them with other necessary documents to Inha University by post. |

- Certificate of Enrolment
- Official Transcript
- A letter of Recommendation issued by the President or Dean
- 2 Photos (3x4cm) |

Admission for Semester 1 (Spring): October 31 of previous year
Admission for Semester 2 (Fall): April 30
※ Late applications will not normally be accepted by the University. For inquiries about late applications, please contact the international office at your home university. |

Application Process |

Once you are accepted as an exchange student, the International Center will send out the official letter of acceptance via mail. |

Further information will be sent out via e-mail. Therefore, it is very important that the e-mail address you stated on the application form is valid and that you check your e-mail box regularly. |
