Inha University has leapfrogged into the top 200 in the ‘2022 QS World University Rankings by subject’

In the ‘2022 QS World University Rankings by subject’ the field of Engineering-Chemical ranked 151-200th in the world and was recognized for its academic achievements. The nation's university ranking tied for eighth place.

The ‘2022 QS World University Rankings by subject’ was conducted in five academic fields and 51 detailed major fields. The evaluation index consists of ▲ academic reputation map ▲ graduate reputation map ▲ citation ▲ H-index, and the ranking is released from 50th to 670th by field.

In addition to Engineering-Chemical, Inha University was recognized for its world-class academic excellence by ranking ▲301-350th in Engineering-Mechanical, Aeronautical&Manufacturing ▲401-450th in Engineering-Electrical&Electronic ▲251-300th in Materials Science ▲451-500th in chemistry, Physics&Astronomy, Mathematics.

Meanwhile, Inha University's Department of Chemical Engineering received an A++ rating in the field of chemical engineering in October 2021 in a university evaluation organized by the Ministry of Education and the Accreditation Board for Engineering Education of Korea.
