Inha University has recently entered into an international education cooperation agreement with several prestigious institutions, namely the National University of Mongolia, Niigata University in Japan, Henan Technological University in China, Kazakhstan University of International Relations and World Languages, and Ilya National University in Georgia. The primary objective of this collaboration is to cultivate skilled individuals capable of effectively responding to the climate crisis.
Under this agreement, the Climate Crisis Response Team collaborates with each university to jointly develop and implement educational programs aimed at raising awareness and addressing the challenges posed by the climate crisis. Together, we plan and execute projects related to climate crisis response education and an international cooperation program dedicated to nurturing talent in this field. This decision to pool resources and support is pivotal in our joint efforts.
The initiative includes student-led visits to climate crisis-affected sites in each country, conducting surveys in environmental companies and institutions during visits, undertaking collaborative projects to address the climate crisis, and publishing performance briefings and reports.
