Notice on application of the 2023 spring semester's certificate of admission [Additional application period]
Application of 2023 Srping semester's
Certificate of Admission
Student who need a student visa (D-2) to enter Korea for the spring semester 2023,
should apply for a new certificate of admission to Inha international student sercvices offie.
※The process is only for the D-2 student visa docuements. For the academis process, your academic status will be
autometically changed if you register coureses and pay tuition fee for ths 2023 spring semester.

※A certificate of admission is one of required docuemts for the D-2 studentvisa. student who need it should apply and
submit some documents for it regardless you are in acadamic breaks or enrolled.
※If you want to extend your academic break, you should re-apply for academic break to your department office.
If you do not extend your academic break period and do not reinstate in 2023 spring semester, you will be expelled
from Inha. You can apply for academic break for 2023 springl semester from 1st Febuary to your department office.
※This is not a application for re-admission, it is only for issuance of " the certificate of admission" for student visa
to enter Korea. Students who want to apply for readmission, should check re-admission notice and apply for it.
1. Students who want to enter Korea for 2023 spring semester should apply for a certificate of admission at Inha portal, and should apply for D-2 student visa in their home country.
(Please do not enter Korea with C-3 short term visa.)
2. How to get a certificate of admission
A) Fill out the applicatio form at Inha portal (Please refer to the attached file)
-> Login INS portal → "학적“→”학적인터넷신청“→”표준입학허가서발급신청“->"복학“ -> Input your
information -> print out the form(Click ”표준입학허가서신청 인쇄“) - make signature on it.
*If you do not remember your Password, please contact to your department office and ask to initialize your information. Initial
password is last 7 digits of your alien registration number. If you have not issued an alien registration card, please contact us.
B) Preparing documents
a. Application form (Printed from Inha portal and signatured, reinstatement student only) b. A copy of passport *Uzbekistan student should submit international passport c. Original bank statment deposited more than USD 20,000 (Issuing date must be after 1st January) *If you submit parent's bank statement, you should submit a certificate of family relationships *If there is a passport number on your bank statment and not matched with the passport you submit, you should also send a copy of passport on your bank statement *Accroding to the regulation of Korean embassy in Uzbekistan, Student who is going to apply for the visa in Uzbekistan must submit KDB bank statement for a certificate of admission as well |
C) Post documents - POST ONLY (Email application won't be accepted)

3. Period of application and documents submission : ~ 2023.2.22(Wed)
*The documents should arrive until 2023.02.22(Wed)
*Document will be reviewed in order of arriving documents at our office. Due to the increase in the number of
students who need a certificate of admission, document reviewing may take up to 5 working days after arriving.
An email with a schedule of sending a certificate of admission will be sent after reviewing the documents.
4. Issuing schedule of certificate of admission : 2023.01.30(Mon) ~
* It will be sent in order of arriving documents at Inha internationals student services office.
5. How to apply for the student visa (D-2)
Inha international student services office will be send a certificate of admission with a Inha business
registration. Please apply for a student visa in the Korean embassy in your country. Required documents for a student visa varied by embassy, please contact Korean embassy in your country.
* You can print all kind of Inha certificates at the official website of Inha certificate
