Inha University Selected for ‘LINC3.0 Project’ by the Ministry of Education

Inha University was chosen as a finalist for the ‘Third Phase Industry-University-Research Collaboration Leading University Development Project (LINC 3.0)’ led by the Ministry of Education.
Inha University promotes the 'Demand-Tailored Growth Type' project, a field that fosters talents that meet the needs of the industry and future society and also can collaborate with companies. From 2022 to 2027, the school will receive approximately four billion Korean won in government funding annually for up to six years, for a total of 24 billion Korean won.
The university will establish a sustainable industry-university system, innovation of convergence education, advancement of value creation, and vitalization of shared collaboration as its core strategies. The university will also establish an industry-university-research cooperation system that leads promising new businesses in future mobility, semiconductors, and energy/environment. Through the Industry-University-Research Education Integrated Management System (LINC.EDU), the LINC.EDU curriculum, which was operated by departments and departments for each program, is centrally managed and operated by the ICC Education Operation Center.
In addition, it plans to establish a contract department to foster professionals, operate field-specific education through industry-academia-tailored courses, operate global industry-academic programs, education and technology advice using intellectual property, and expand the use of public equipment in future technologies. It plans to establish an industry-academic cooperation network and jointly research related fields to operate technical support tasks aimed at upgrading industries and creating value.
